Who operates the site
The controller of this storefront is Sunder. The site runs on Shopify. The published conversation channels are WhatsApp and sunderhg@gmail.com.
What data we ask for
WhatsApp receives the chat you start. The published email is sunderhg@gmail.com. There is no newsletter or customer account active in this theme.
How we use it
Only to answer the request: a Nutricampo quote, a BioFerTech inquiry, an alliance, investment or a corporate conversation. This theme does not use those fields for an advertising profile.
Payments
This theme does not collect card data. If a purchase is enabled, checkout is Shopify’s, outside these templates.
Processors
Shopify hosts the store and, if enabled, the cart and checkout. The WhatsApp button opens a chat in WhatsApp (a Meta service) with the number published by Sunder.
Cookies
Shopify uses session, cart, language and theme-preview cookies. We do not add our own advertising cookies.
Retention
Messages are kept as long as needed to handle the request and Shopify’s obligations. We do not set a separate legal term here beyond the signed policy.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data on WhatsApp or at sunderhg@gmail.com, stating that it is a request about your data.
Changes
If Sunder publishes a reviewed policy, that text replaces this notice. The date of this theme text is 31 August 2026.
